Once the report has been scrutinized a maintenance procedure will be decided on . All or a combination of the following task may be undertaken.

• Structure (Masts and Towers)
• All bolts will be retightened.
• All rust will be removed and treated
• Interior welding will be repaired (In some cases whole pieces may be replaced).
• Drainage holes will be cleared
• All lose paint will be removed
• Structure will be repainted
• Foundation (Structure and Shelter)
• Foundation Slab will be repaired and resurfaced
• Backfill and support of the foundation
• All soil erosion in vicinity of foundation will be repaired
  
  

Shelters

• Repair silicone in all external joints
• Leaks will be repaired (New roofs above the existing roofs might be erected)
• Floorboards repaired
• Service air conditioner extractor fans etc.
• Repair doors and locks
  

• Tighten all connections
• Tighten loose bolts
• Repair damage to antennae’s and cables
• Paint cables with anti UV paint

• Repair any damage to the perimeter fence, including locks and gates
• Repair perimeter fence
• Repair access to site
• Repair any soil erosion in the vicinity of the site
• Replace globes , repair earthing and service power systems (including solar)
• Remove grasses and weeds treat site with herbicide
